Do you sell watches?
We do not sell watches. Timeless Quality is a source for affordable replacement bands and buckles.
Where is Timeless Quality located?
We are an online store without a physical location. All products ship from Amherst, Massachusetts. We are also on eBay and on Amazon.
When will my order ship?
We will generally ship within one business day of receiving cleared payment. Delivery times with vary depending on shipment destination. If I am away for a few days, it may take a little longer. The web host has no way to post absences, but I will close the store when away for an extended period. Unfortunately, the elves who usually do the work slack off when I am away.
How much does it cost to ship to a location in the United States?
We offer free First Class mail shipping in the United States. For Priority mail, we charge $4.95. There is only one postage charge per order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide by first Class Mail with the exception of a few countries. Expedited shipping by courier can be arranged, but it is expensive. Please contact us for more information on international shipping.
How do I return an item?
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your watch band and you must send us the tracking. The buyer pays for return shipping and there may be a restocking fee. Merchandise must be in the same new condition in which it was shipped, including product specific packaging.
How can I pay?
We accept except PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Will your bands fit my watch?
Our bands are categorized by different lug widths. We offer a variety, including 18mm, 19mm, 20mm, 22mm, 24mm. Availability will vary depending on the style and brand you are interested in purchasing. If you need assistance in picking the right size for your watch, please contact us and we would be happy to give advice.
Do you offer different a variety of buckles?
Yes, we sell a variety of brands in both gold and silver colors. We sell straps with Rolex, Breitling, TAG Heuer, Omega, and straps with those buckles and generic buckles with options for gold or silver colors. If you don't see it, please ask.
Do you sell genuine name brands?
Yes, we sell genuine Rolex, Tudor, Breitling, Tag Heuer, Omega, and others.
Can I buy a strap in person?
No, we are an online store without a physical location. You can buy from our website, or visit our store on eBay and Amazon.
What width should I select?
It is essential that you choose a strap with the right lug width. Please contact us if you need assistance in choosing the right size strap. For name brand watches, we can generally identify the lug width.
What materials do you use?
Our straps come in a variety of skins and we are confident that we can provide what you are looking for. All bands that come from animals are genuine, including our leather, crocodile, alligator, lizard, snakeskin, wild boar, and ostrich bands. We also offer genuine leather military straps, and rally racing straps and one rubber dive strap.
